We are looking for motivated and caring people to join our relief pool, working in our small residential sites in West Roxbury, Hyde Park and Roslindale, as well as the nearby towns of Waltham and Arlington.
The Direct Support Professional is responsible for safety and supervision of our consumers with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities, and Behavioral health histories to facilitate healthy and socially acceptable behaviors while living in community-based sites. This position will coordinate with clinical staff, implement residentially based interventions and assist the individuals in achieving their goals. The DSP will prompt or assist, as necessary, to ensure the clients participate in the activities of daily living, in both the home and the community. Opportunities Available

<li>Evenings: 3 p.m.–7 p.m.</li>
<li>Weekends: 7 a.m.–11 a.m. or 4 p.m.–7 p.m.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Longer Shifts: 8 to 12 hours—day and night options.</li>
<li>Live-In Care: Provide 24/7 support for 3, 4, or 7-day rotations.</li>
</ul>
Who We’re Looking For
<ul>
<li>Home Health Aides (HHAs)</li>
<li>Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)</li>
<li>Nursing Students</li>
<li>Personal Care Aides</li>
</ul>
Your Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Help clients with personal care tasks like bathing, toileting, and mobility.</li>
<li>Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities.</li>
<li>Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.</li>
<li>Follow prescribed exercise programs and encourage independence.</li>
<li>Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.</li>
</ul>
What We Value
