The job entails going on community outings in the city to places like the park, library, museum, grocery store etc. This job will also entail going on walks and participating in sports like swimming, basketball, or ice skating, and going to the YMCA. Program Development, Implementation, and Supervision 2. Effectively implements and administers programs, services, and activities for members. 3. Monitors and evaluates programs, services, and activities to ensure Club and child safety, quality programs, and good appearance of the branch/site at all times. Ensures that program areas are safe, well-ventilated, and well lit; and that Club equipment is maintained in a good working condition. 4.Ensures the evaluation of Club programs continually, including tracking outcome metrics; verifies that programs/activities respond to member needs and addresses their gender and cultural diversity. 5.Responsible for documenting any problems or issues that may arise on a day-to-day basis through the use of injury/incident reports. 6. Summary: The Direct Support Professional 2 will support and assist in Level 2 residential programs. Staff will help individuals who need daily intervention, supervision, and skills training in activities of daily living while managing within a home environment and in the community. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
