ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Uses a pneumatic nail gun to repair or assemble pallets. In a repair department places pallet on repair table, removes defective boards, replaces new boards, and nails replaced boards into place. In an assembly department takes stock boards and nails together based on type of pallet desired. Responsible for troubleshooting jams and basic maintenance of the saw.
Work requires operator to stand for long periods of time. Operators must be able to repeatedly lift a pallet weighing 50-75 lbs. Nail guns must be operated with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Repair Operators must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. Repair Operators must also be able to concentrate on their tasks. The ability to understand and communicate information is also essential.
Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.

PREFERRED SKILLS
2+ years previous experience working in an industrial, fast moving setting with industrial machinery.

<li>8+ years of quality engineering experience in the medical device industry. Prior defense/aerospace industry experience &amp; manufacturing engineering experience a plus.</li>
<li>Fluent in ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 14971, and MDSAP requirements.</li>
<li>Experience using electronic QMS tools (e.g., QCBD, MasterControl, Arena, etc.).</li>
<li>Fluent in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)</li>
<li>Familiarity with ERP and PLM systems preferred</li>

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented QC Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and managing materials throughout the facility. You will support both production and logistics by ensuring all materials meet quality standards and are properly handled, stored, and distributed.
Responsibilities

Transport materials between departments by hand

Visually inspect products for defects such as scratches, dents, and other flaws
