What You’ll Do
<ul>
<li>Operate and change over production line equipment (filler, capper, labeler, case packer, palletizer, etc.)</li>
<li>Read work orders and verify supplies (bottles, caps, labels, etc.)</li>
<li>Monitor production rates and equipment effectiveness (OEE)</li>
<li>Perform quality checks and maintain accurate documentation</li>
<li>Keep your area clean and safe throughout the shift</li>

Requirements

What You Bring
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>1+ year of manufacturing experience (food industry a plus)</li>
<li>Strong mechanical troubleshooting and multitasking skills</li>
<li>Basic computer proficiency</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods</li>
<li>English fluency (written and verbal)</li>
<li>Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and GMPs is a plus</li>

Job Description
Spectrum Marketing is seeking a Full or Part Time 2nd shift Bindery Operator. This position is responsible for set up and operation of Finishing equipment to customer-supplied specifications.
We are looking for:
• Folding and Cutting experience • Saddle Stitching experience • Mechanical aptitude and excellent communication skills • Ability to perform basic math calculations • Good verbal and written comprehension skills • Must be able to thrive in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
