<li>Completes monthly HMDA Scrubs for both Residential and Commercial loan departments to accurately collect and correct data. </li>
<li>Accurately prepares and transmits HMDA data. </li>
<li>Performs QC audits on closed and adverse action residential loan files for documentation review and accuracy. </li>
<li>Acts as internal quality control reviewer. This includes but is not limited to data integrity, accuracy of dates and compliance with various regulations and applicable timelines. </li>
<li>Attends relevant webinars, seminars and training classes. </li>
<li>Meets with the AVP Mortgage Operations, VP Mortgage Operations, and EVP of Residential Lending to provide feedback on the HMDA and QC processes. Make suggestions for changes/updates to improve workflow. </li>
<li>Provides support as back-up closer in Residential as needed.</li>

Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Associate’s degree or above preferred </li>
<li>Prefer a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with residential or commercial loans </li>
<li>Knowledge of FNMA guidelines, regulatory compliance, and the mortgage application process </li>
<li>Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities </li>
<li>Attention to detail and accuracy a must </li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Encompass and/or Ncontracts a plus </li>
<li>Ability to work independently</li>

 Key Responsibilities:

<li> Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend, form, or punch metals</li>
<li> Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to complete jobs accurately</li>
<li> Select and install tooling, adjust machine settings, and ensure precision alignment</li>
<li> Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other tools</li>
<li> Perform rework or fitting adjustments on pieces that fail inspection</li>
<li> Handle and move materials safely, occasionally lifting up to 70 lbs</li>
<li> Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with safety standards</li>

<li>Perform TIG and MIG welding on large stainless steel industrial equipment</li>
<li>Weld thin gauge stainless steel (primarily 16 GA) with attention to cosmetic and sanitary standards</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job orders to determine work requirements</li>
<li>Assemble and fabricate stainless steel components for fryers, ovens, and conveyor systems</li>
<li>Ensure welds meet structural and aesthetic standards required for USDA-inspected equipment</li>
<li>Collaborate with fabrication and assembly teams to meet deadlines and maintain product quality</li>
<li>Maintain tools, safety standards, and cleanliness in compliance with manufacturing policies</li>
</ul>
 You should have most of the following:

<li>Minimum 3 years of TIG and MIG welding experience (stainless steel preferred)</li>
