Role Purpose Statement

Main Accountabilities&nbsp;
• Lead and inspire a dynamic team of food&nbsp;production employees, and supervisors • Strategically plan, organize, and manage a department with regards to daily hours, schedules, productivity, quality and safety. • Oversee all food production activities and ensure everything runs like a well-oiled (but healthy!) machine • Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), safety, health, environmental and other regulations • Ensure on-time and accurate production in the preparation of food/equipment and catering of flights • Take ownership of department budgets, inventory, scheduling, and productivity • Implement Lean manufacturing principles and bring innovation to how we prepare and deliver meals • Partner with cross-functional teams and airline clients to ensure top-notch service and presentation • Participate in daily leadership briefings and be the go-to for performance improvement

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
 • 5–7 years of hands-on leadership experience in food production, catering, or a high-volume manufacturing environment • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) • Strong communicator, motivator, and team builder • Solid knowledge of FDA, HACCP, GMP, and operational compliance • Experience with Variable Production Systems (VPS) or similar tools a major plus • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and inventory systems • Someone who thrives in a diverse, multicultural, and deadline-driven environment

Primary Purpose of Position
This person will supervise an operations crew charged with responsibility for safely operating a liquefied natural gas (LNG) import and distribution terminal.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities
<ul>

Provides leadership and guidance to liquefied natural gas (LNG) operations crew in a 12-hour daily rotational shift environment, including holidays, weekends, and nights.
&nbsp;

Operate and control natural gas process systems loading of LNG trailers, and monitoring and controlling the unloading of LNG ship understanding the design and function of the various components which make up these systems and understanding and adhering to safety protocols.
&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Accountable for the safety of the Everett LNG Facility and serves as a liaison between Operations, Maintenance, Marketing and other departments to convey critical information related to the safe and efficient operation of the facility.
&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Supervises the activities of all shift Operators, provide mentoring and instruction and hold individuals accountable for performance and behavior.
&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Provide technical support to problem solving activities during the shift and ensure reliability issues are identified and properly communicated to the appropriate departments.

<li>
Demonstrates and promotes values-based behaviors', build a highly motivated and highly functional team of Operators maintains the integrity of his/her crew through training, development, and performance management and support open and effective communication.

Responsible for assigning work to his/her own crew. Responsibilities include participating in the scheduling of operations shift personnel, prioritizing schedule conflicts ensuring adequate shift coverage during normal and abnormal conditions troubleshooting equipment problems and effectively transitioning work from one crew to the other.

Acts responsibly and professionally at all times, facilitates first line management decisions during abnormal/emergency situations and comfortable interfacing with all levels of the organization and with customers, State and local officials.

Participate in various reviews such as Terminal PHAs, system HAZOPs, P&amp;ID review, and engineering design phase.

In accordance with Federal regulations, this person will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing and must pass an annual physical examination. Regulations also mandate that this person will be trained and certified in basic first aid, CPR, and fire fighting skills.

Assists in the development and implementation of equipment shutdown and LOTO procedures for safe plant operations.
&nbsp;

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and maintain environmental stewardship.

Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline with 5 years related experience OR</li>
<li>Associate's degree in engineering or technical discipline with 7 years related experience OR</li>

<li>Maintain minimum access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties</li>
<li>Experience in maintenance and work management</li>
<li>Technical experience related to power generation equipment auxiliaries</li>
<li>Experience with Asset Suite 9 (AS9)</li>
</ul>

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Uses a pneumatic nail gun to repair or assemble pallets. In a repair department places pallet on repair table, removes defective boards, replaces new boards, and nails replaced boards into place. In an assembly department takes stock boards and nails together based on type of pallet desired. Responsible for troubleshooting jams and basic maintenance of the saw.
Work requires operator to stand for long periods of time. Operators must be able to repeatedly lift a pallet weighing 50-75 lbs. Nail guns must be operated with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Repair Operators must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. Repair Operators must also be able to concentrate on their tasks. The ability to understand and communicate information is also essential.
Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.

PREFERRED SKILLS
2+ years previous experience working in an industrial, fast moving setting with industrial machinery.
