<li>Training and basic knowledge of physically looking at a part to ensure proper condition using blueprints. Look at parts to ensure proper serial numbers and that all parts are properly machined and deburred.</li>
<li>Seek and act upon ways to improve daily work processes to enhance quality, productivity, and to satisfy customer needs and expectations. Initiate and encourage others to resolve impediments and act on improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Participate in and sustains 5S Standards.</li>
<li>Must follow all required safety and ISO procedures.</li>
<li>May be required to work in other functional areas and/or facilities depending on business needs.</li>

Education/Experience &amp; Skills:
<ul>
<li> High School diploma or equivalent, typically requires 2+ years of training at process coordinator, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
<li>Possess a valid license and have the ability to drive a 1-ton van.</li>
<li>Must be able to convey ideas and information clearly, concisely, and accurately to others, in English, both verbally and in written form.</li>
<li>Help occasionally on the team without being asked.</li>
<li>Ability to learn basic blueprint reading.</li>
<li>Complete most tasks ahead of time.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively to supervision regarding problems and corrective action.</li>
</ul>
Working Conditions:
<ul>
<li>Regularly perform repetitive tasks.</li>
<li>Work is primarily standing (90 + % of the shift) except for lunch and break periods.</li>
<li>Shifts are 8 hours, 10 hours, and 12 hours.</li>
<li>The duties of this job normally require exposure to a typical manufacturing environment. Frequent standing, sitting, stooping/squatting, walking, and stair climbing can be expected along with frequent lifting and/or moving of tooling, parts containers, and materials up to 40 pounds.</li>
<li>Must be able to reach with hands and arms, bend and kneel frequently at a minimum of 50% of the shift, as well as undergo repetitive wrist, hand, elbow, shoulder, and ankle motions.</li>
<li>Must demonstrate proficient fine motor skills, ability to grip, reach, pull, turn, and use tools to torque fixtures in various machinery or in the assembly, machining, or testing of parts.</li>
<li>Specific vision abilities required may include close vision, distance vision, peripheral and depth perception, and the ability to focus on fine print.</li>
<li>Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required.</li>
<li>Must comply with all work exposure EH&amp;S training requirements and adhere to SIG SAUER Inc. security mandates.</li>
