Leading electronics manufacturing company in Manchester, NH has an immediate opening for a skilled Solderer/Assembler. This company is known for its commitment to quality and providing opportunities for growth.
Shift of the Solderer/Assembler:
1st Shift: Mon-Thur, 6a-4:30p
Pay Rate of the Solderer/Assembler:
$23-25/Hr
Responsibilities of the Solderer/Assembler:
- Perform soldering and assembly on flexible printed circuits and wire harnesses.
- Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and schematics.
- Align materials and assemble parts into more complex units.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals for both prototype and production runs.
Qualifications of the Solderer/Assembler:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in soldering and electromechanical assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Proficient with hand tools like soldering irons.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- IPC certification preferred.
