The Quality Control Technician is responsible for testing seafood products and materials used during the manufacturing process to verify the products meet predefined criteria and conform to all applicable laws and company standards. They will test products across three stages of production (before, in-process, and final) to ensure that the final product is safe to release for sale or distribution and report findings back to management.
The QC Technician will participate in the inspection and grading of Grade-A products, perform moisture analysis, produce written reports, verify inventory, quality, and usability of products. 
This position reports to the Quality Control Supervisor or Manager.

Position Overview Coatings Inspector
Were looking for a NACE Coatings Inspector to support our expanding portfolio of infrastructure projects. In this role, youll play an essential part in ensuring quality, durability, and compliance across field inspections, testing, and project execution.
 
What Youll Do
Technical &amp; Field Inspection
<ul>
<li>Ensure the quality and integrity of coatings applied on construction materials by performing inspections based on NACE standards</li>
<li>Identify and address coating defects and non-compliance</li>
<li>Submit daily inspection reports within &lt;24 hours</li>
<li>Maintain 90%+ completion of all assigned safety training</li>
<li>Target zero avoidable safety or equipment incidents</li>
<li>Submit 98% of draft reports within 8 hours with minimal revisions</li>
<li>Maintain 95% on-time site check-in/check-out</li>
<li>Less than 1 serious issue per quarter related to Inspections, Measuring, and Test Equipment due to technician error, lack of maintenance, or lost/damaged equipment </li>
</ul>
Documentation &amp; Quality Records
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate inspection records using AEIS digital reporting tools</li>
<li>Review and verify technical documents (e.g., WPS/PQR, lab results, etc.) </li>
</ul>
Collaboration &amp; Continuous Improvement
<ul>
<li>Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and QA/QC Specialists</li>
<li>Contribute to lessons-learned discussions and workflow improvements </li>
</ul>
What We're Looking For
Must Haves
<ul>
<li>NACE Level 1 or 2 certification (Active)</li>
<li>Previous coating inspection experience</li>
<li>Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software</li>
<li>OSHA 30 Construction Safety Training (or ability to obtain)</li>
<li>Strong communication and attention to detail</li>
<li>Willingness to travel to project sites </li>
</ul>

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Layout Designer to support our job shop operations by developing efficient, safe, and flexible manufacturing layouts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with production, engineering, and safety teams to create optimized floor plans, improve workflow, and reduce material handling costs. Using your CAD expertise and strong understanding of metal fabrication processes, you will play a key part in driving continuous improvement, supporting equipment installation, and ensuring all layout documentation is accurate, organized, and compliant with industry standards. This position is ideal for a technically strong problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION

<li> Collaborate with teams: Work with production, engineering, and safety teams to ensure layouts meet operational requirements. Use CAD tools: Create accurate diagrams and models using AutoCAD or similar software. Plan for flexibility: Design layouts that accommodate diverse products and frequent changeovers typical in job shop environments. Ensure compliance: Incorporate safety standards, ergonomics, and lean manufacturing principles into layout designs. Continuous improvement: Recommend layout changes to improve productivity and reduce costs.</li>

?ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Responsible for compiling fabrication packages for manufacturing including but not limited to material and assembly layouts and equipment programming.</li>
<li>Responsible for supplying material requisitions to purchasing and may be required to purchase material.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain all layout documentation in a Customer Part Folder to be stored on the layout department file server.</li>
<li>Supply the job shop administrator an updated material list with costs.</li>
<li>Other duties may be assigned.</li>
</ul>
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 
<ul>
<li>Must be able to read, understand and work from blueprints</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 years experience with the metal fabricating process</li>
