Ellis Music Company is a family‑owned business specializing in school music instrument rentals, sales, and repairs across VT &amp; NH. We are looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented warehouse team member to help keep our operations running smoothly.
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Instrument Care &amp; QC – Polish, inspect, label and pack instruments and cases – Ensure outgoing orders include all accessories &nbsp;</li>
<li>Inventory &amp; Repairs – Track rental returns, repairs and loaner prep via our inventory system – Alert the repair shop manager when stock is low &nbsp;</li>
<li>Shipping &amp; Receiving – Unload/load trucks, pack/unpack shipments, and manage mail – Process inbound repairs and outbound rentals in manager’s absence &nbsp;</li>
<li>Customer Support – Contact customers with repair estimates – Help resolve instrument mix‑ups with educators &nbsp;</li>
<li>Facility Upkeep – Restock showroom, maintain clean and organized workspaces &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h3>What We’re Looking For</h3>
<ul>
<li>Skills &amp; Abilities: – Basic computer literacy (POS/inventory systems) – Excellent attention to detail and basic math skills – Ability to lift 20 lb frequently and 50 lb with a hand truck – Comfortable sitting/standing for long periods, bending, reaching – Casual, safe attire (closed‑toe shoes required) &nbsp;</li>
<li>Attitude: – Willingness to learn quickly (musical‑instrument knowledge a plus) – Self‑starter who works well independently and as part of a team &nbsp;</li>

TOWN OF ORFORD HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT 40 hours, plus overtime. Benefits The Town of Orford, NH is seeking a full-time road crew team member Requirements: CDL Class B License and clean driving record Excellent knowledge of equipment operation (trucks and backhoe/ loader), and repair. Ability to perform outside manual labor in adverse weather conditions. Hourly rate based on experience. Drug and alcohol testing mandatory Excellent benefit package. Willing to train.
