Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Active MA Occupational Therapist license.
- Home Health experience.
- Home Care Home Base experience.

Assignment Details

- 5 days per week.
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
- No weekend or on-call requirement.
- Coverage includes patient visits in the community and assisted living facilities.
