Licensed Practical Nurse – Long Term Care in Goffstown, NH. This travel temporary assignment begins 08/10/2026 and runs for several weeks with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. Day shift, 7:00 am–3:00 pm. Weekly pay ranges from $1,474 to $1,561. Work in a long-term care setting providing direct resident care.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents under supervision of a registered nurse
- Monitor vital signs, assess changes in condition, and document findings promptly
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy
- Assist with activities of daily living, hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and comfort
- Support wound care, skin care, and infection control; maintain a clean and safe environment
- Collaborate with the care team to implement care plans and communicate changes effectively
Requirements
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting and adapt to resident needs
- Comfortable with documentation and electronic medical records
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; reliable and punctual
- Willingness to follow facility policies, safety and infection control practices
