In this role, you will utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to provide behavioral support to students. This is a fantastic opportunity to have a measurable impact on the growth and development of young learners on a full-time basis as part of a dynamic, student-centered academic team.

Responsibilities:
\n
- \n
- Deliver 1:1 or small-group behavioral support under the guidance of a supervising BCBA.
- Carry out individualized behavior support strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and strengthen positive replacement behaviors.
- Use ABA-based teaching approaches (e.g., reinforcement and prompts) to build functional, appropriate skills.
- Track student behavior and skill progress by collecting accurate session data for ongoing review.
- Partner with school staff to support engagement, safety, and consistent strategies across settings.

Qualifications:
\n
- \n
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
- Ability to work under BCBA supervision and follow individualized student plans with consistency.
- Experience providing behavioral support to students in a school-based or similar educational setting.
- Ability to document observable behaviors and skill progress clearly and consistently.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, related service providers, and caregivers as needed.
