In this role, you will utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to provide behavioral support to students.   • Location: On-Site, up to 35

Responsibilities:

\n

    \n
  • Deliver 1:1 or small-group behavioral support under the guidance of a supervising BCBA.
  • \n

  • Carry out individualized behavior support strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and strengthen positive replacement behaviors.
  • \n

  • Use ABA-based teaching approaches (e.g., reinforcement and prompts) to build functional, appropriate skills.
  • \n

  • Track student behavior and skill progress by collecting accurate session data for ongoing review.
  • \n

  • Partner with school staff to support engagement, safety, and consistent strategies across settings.
  • \n

Qualifications:

\n

    \n
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
  • \n

  • Ability to work under BCBA supervision and follow individualized student plans with consistency.
  • \n

  • Experience providing behavioral support to students in a school-based or similar educational setting.
  • \n

  • Ability to document observable behaviors and skill progress clearly and consistently.
  • \n

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, related service providers, and caregivers as needed.
  • \n
