**Join Our Dynamic Interventional Care Unit as a Travel RN!** **Job Description:** - **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM - **Duration:** 13 weeks **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional nursing care in an 18-bed Interventional Care Unit (IVCU) specializing in cardiac procedure patients. - Manage cases such as STEMI, NSTEMI, PCI’s, and more, ensuring top-notch care in post Cath lab nursing. - Conduct chest pain roll-outs, CHF, and COPD cardiac management, along with post-operative nursing care and advanced procedures like pericardiocentesis and thoracentesis. **Unit Details:** - **Patient Ratios:** 4:1 - **Staffing:** 5 RNs with a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), 2 LNA’s, and a Unit Clerk. - **Equipment Utilized:** IV pumps, Hoyer lifts, BiPAP, and more. - **Documentation System:** Meditech Expanse. **Requirements:** - **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in a hospital setting. - **Licensure:** Must have a VA license or Compact license at submission. - **Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, and NIH required. - **Skills:** Proficiency in telemetry is essential. **Unit Recognition:** - Proud recipient of the "Unit of Distinction" award. **Why Choose Our Unit?** - Engage with a team that thrives on excellence and recognition. - Work with advanced technology and equipment. - Flexible scheduling options, including rotating weekends. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
