Job Description

We are seeking a Massachusetts Licensed Fire Protection Sprinkler Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, testing, and repair of fire sprinkler systems in commercial, industrial, and residential facilities while ensuring compliance with state and local codes.

Responsibilities

  • Install, modify, repair, and maintain fire sprinkler systems.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project drawings.
  • Perform system testing, inspections, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure all work complies with Massachusetts regulations, NFPA standards, and local codes.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and inspectors.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Complete required documentation and reports accurately.

Qualifications

  • Current Massachusetts Fire Protection Sprinkler Fitter License (required).
  • Experience installing and servicing wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge sprinkler systems.
  • Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and fire protection codes.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions.
