We have an immediate opening for a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Dealership Registration Office Associate. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task in a busy office. EVR certification is preferred. Responsible for managing vehicle title processing, ensuring compliance requirements, and providing exceptional customer service. Willingness to cross train and assist when needed. Must have automotive dealership experience.
Duties:
Process all new and used vehicle titles efficiently, including issuing, transferring, and updating titles
Ensure all funds have been collected and correct lien holder has been listed
Work seamlessly with managers, dealerships, and customers to resolve title discrepancies or issues
Document preparation for out of state registrations
Process paperwork for swaps between dealerships
File sales tax abatements
