Pay: $115,000–$125,000 per year

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Service rooftop units (RTUs), walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, ice machines, display cases, and refrigeration systems
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using wiring diagrams, multimeters, and manufacturer specifications
- Recover, recycle, and recharge refrigerants in compliance with EPA regulations
- Repair and replace compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves (TXVs), EPR valves, and related components
- Read blueprints, piping diagrams, and equipment schematics
- Complete service documentation accurately and communicate findings with customers
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of commercial HVAC/R service experience or a 2-year HVAC/R technical degree with relevant field experience
- EPA Section 608 Certification (Type I, II, or Universal required)
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Hot Work Certification
- High school diploma plus completion of a vocational or technical HVAC/R program
- State or municipal refrigeration/mechanical license where required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience servicing commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment
- Ability to work independently and provide outstanding customer service
