Location: North Andover, MA

Pay: $115,000–$125,000 per year

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
  • Service rooftop units (RTUs), walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, ice machines, display cases, and refrigeration systems
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using wiring diagrams, multimeters, and manufacturer specifications
  • Recover, recycle, and recharge refrigerants in compliance with EPA regulations
  • Repair and replace compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves (TXVs), EPR valves, and related components
  • Read blueprints, piping diagrams, and equipment schematics
  • Complete service documentation accurately and communicate findings with customers
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment

What We're Looking For

  • 5–7 years of commercial HVAC/R service experience or a 2-year HVAC/R technical degree with relevant field experience
  • EPA Section 608 Certification (Type I, II, or Universal required)
  • OSHA 10 Certification
  • Hot Work Certification
  • High school diploma plus completion of a vocational or technical HVAC/R program
  • State or municipal refrigeration/mechanical license where required
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Experience servicing commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment
  • Ability to work independently and provide outstanding customer service
