MAINTEANCE WORKER III

TOWN OF SPRINGFIELD HELP WANTED MAINTEANCE WORKER III The Town of Springfield is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Worker III to join our team. This position performs advanced technical work in operating, maintaining, and servicing light and heavy construction equipment. This position requires strong technical ability, independent decision-making, and leadership at job sites. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain all light and heavy construction equipment; Make onsite technical decisions and lead work crews as needed; Perform preventative maintenance, adjustments, and assist with repairs; Perform duties of Maintenance Worker I or II when required. Qualifications: Valid driver's license and CDL Class B; Experience operating heavy equipment.; Knowledge of equipment operation, maintenance, and tools. This position is a non-exempt Union position and requires the employee to be on rotational call. Pay is $23.72 - $26.29 per hour with an excellent benefits package.
