Title – Receiver/Warehouse Operator
Location: Acton, MA 01720
Shift: Mond–Thurs, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM (Night Shift)
Pay Rate: $24.29/hr on W2
Job Summary
Responsible for receiving, storing, and moving incoming materials and supplies. Ensure accurate receiving and inventory transactions in SAP while following FDA, cGMP, and applicable warehouse procedures in a medical device manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
- Complete receiving transactions accurately in SAP.
- Coordinate incoming shipments with carriers.
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, manual pallet jacks, and powered pallet jacks.
- Drive a company box truck between facilities.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and compliant warehouse.
- Follow safety procedures and report hazards or equipment issues.
- Complete required quality management system (QMS) training.
- Support daily warehouse workflow and material movement activities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of warehouse experience.
- Prior forklift experience and ability to obtain company forklift, reach truck, and pallet jack certifications.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical card and drive a company box truck.
- English proficiency for communication and documentation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or bend for up to 12 hours per shift.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic computer skills and SAP experience, preferably in Materials Management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a safety-focused mindset.
