Key Responsibilities\n

- Provide direct mental health services to clients, working both in the office and remotely, to assess and treat symptoms of major mental illnesses and emotional disorders.
- Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and, when necessary, arrange for comprehensive assessments to inform treatment planning.
- Collaborate closely with inter-professional teams to develop and implement integrated care plans that ensure clients receive appropriate services.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and case management efforts, including adhering to ethical guidelines and organizational standards.
- Interact with clients from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating respect and understanding of their unique cultural contexts and needs.
- Participate in crisis intervention efforts and develop safety protocols for high-risk clients.
- Carry a caseload that includes individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
- Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness through regular client meetings, ensuring timely adjustments to care as required.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and committee work to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with an active LCSW license.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
