Join a Growing Real Estate Team
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of our growing real estate team.
This is more than a traditional administrative position. We’re looking for someone who anticipates what needs to be done, communicates professionally, and takes pride in making sure every detail is handled correctly.
If you’re someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working with people, solving problems, and keeping multiple moving pieces organized, this could be a great opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do
You’ll play an important role in supporting the team and delivering an exceptional experience for clients. Responsibilities may include:
-
Coordinate appointments, property showings, inspections, and meetings
-
Manage calendars, schedules, and important deadlines
-
Prepare, organize, and maintain real estate transaction documents
-
Communicate professionally with clients, agents, lenders, attorneys, inspectors, contractors, and other vendors
-
Maintain accurate digital files, databases, and transaction records
-
Assist with MLS listings, property information, and listing updates
-
Help coordinate marketing, social media, and community outreach initiatives
-
Follow up on outstanding items and help keep transactions moving forward
-
Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
-
Identify opportunities to improve organization, communication, and internal processes
-
Provide outstanding customer service and help ensure clients feel informed and supported throughout the process
Who We’re Looking For
The right person is organized, dependable, resourceful, and proactive. You don't need to be told every step of what to do; you notice what needs attention and take action.
We’re looking for someone who:
-
Has exceptional attention to detail
-
Is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
-
Communicates clearly and professionally
-
Is comfortable interacting with clients and industry professionals
-
Takes initiative and follows through
-
Can work independently while also being a strong team player
-
Is comfortable learning new technology and software
-
Handles confidential and time-sensitive information professionally
-
Has a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
-
Takes pride in doing things correctly—not just quickly
Experience
Previous experience in real estate, transaction coordination, administration, customer service, sales support, or a similar role is preferred.
Real estate experience is a plus, but we’re also interested in candidates with strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills who are eager to learn the business.
Why Join Us?
You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with an active real estate team, gain valuable experience in the industry, and become an important part of the client experience and transaction process.
This is a position for someone who wants to grow with a team, take on responsibility, and make a meaningful impact, not simply fill a seat.
If you are motivated, dependable, highly organized, and excited about building a career in real estate, we want to hear from you.
