Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments and diagnosis of patients’ mental health status using applicable diagnostic tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.
- Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, ensuring to address cultural diversity and specific needs pertinent to the school setting.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment strategies regularly, making adjustments as needed to optimize mental health outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation of treatment records in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory standards, leveraging modern technology where appropriate.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including educators and school psychologists, to create a comprehensive support system for patients.
