Position Overview
We are seeking a client-focused Wealth Advisor to develop and manage comprehensive wealth and investment strategies for high-net-worth individuals and families. The Wealth Advisor will build long-term relationships, deliver personalized financial planning, and coordinate investment, tax, retirement, and estate solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals while maintaining fiduciary standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients through proactive relationship management and regular review meetings.
  • Develop customized financial plans that address investments, retirement, tax considerations, estate planning, and risk management.
  • Design and implement investment strategies and asset allocation plans aligned with client objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizon.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, rebalance investments, and recommend adjustments based on market conditions and life events.
  • Coordinate with internal specialists (tax, estate, insurance) and external professionals to deliver integrated wealth solutions.
  • Prospect, cultivate, and convert new client relationships through referrals, networking, and targeted business development activities.
  • Prepare clear, client-ready reports and presentations that explain strategy, performance, and planning recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm policies, maintain accurate client records, and adhere to fiduciary responsibilities.
  • Stay current on market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes; pursue professional development and maintain required licenses and certifications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in wealth management, private client advisory, or investment advisory roles working with high-net-worth clients.
  • Proven knowledge of investment products, portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk management.
  • FINRA registrations or state investment advisor licenses preferred (e.g., Series 7/66 or Series 65).
  • Demonstrated track record of client acquisition, relationship management, and retention.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
  • High integrity, client-first mindset, and commitment to a fiduciary standard.
  • Proficiency with financial planning software, portfolio management tools, and CRM systems.
