Job Summary:
Adecco Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Dimensional Inspection and Calibration Technician to support engineering, manufacturing, quality, and process teams. This role is responsible for providing accurate dimensional inspection services and managing calibration activities for various tools and equipment in compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mechanical prints, GD&T, CMM software, and calibration procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Interpret mechanical prints and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)

Develop and execute CMM programs using Mitutoyo and Quick Vision systems

Perform 3D laser scanning and manual inspections using hand tools

Collect, analyze, and report dimensional data

Consult with teams on GD&T applications and measurement strategies

Retrieve, calibrate, and document tools and equipment including thread rings/plugs, calipers, balances, force gauges, etc.

Maintain accurate calibration records using Fluke Calibration Asset Management Software (Met/Team)

Schedule and prioritize calibration tasks according to organizational needs
Qualifications:
-
Associate degree in a technical discipline preferred; equivalent technical experience accepted (Military Veterans encouraged to apply)

Strong knowledge of GD&T and mechanical drawing interpretation

Hands-on experience with Mitutoyo CMM and Quick Vision systems

Proficient in Met/Team or similar calibration management software

Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Excellent communication, planning, and time-management skills

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

High ethical standards and accountability
Additional Requirements:

U.S. Person status required under ITAR/EAR regulations (citizen or lawful permanent resident)
Pay Details: $42.00 per hour
