Job DescriptionJob Title: Finisher
Location: Cavendish, VT
Hours:
1st shift – 7:00AM to 3:30PM
2nd shift – 3:00PM to 11:00PM
3rd shift – 11:00PM to 7:30AM
Pay Range: $19.00 to $21.00/HRJob Summary:
The Finisher is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and preparing parts and products using a variety of tools and equipment. This role supports production goals by ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Flexibility, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.Key Responsibilities:
- Operate assembly equipment, hand tools, and machinery.
- Assemble, handle, and inspect products and components.
- Perform quality checks and follow ISO and company procedures.
- Prepare and package parts for shipping or material handling.
- Read and follow work instructions, safety rules, and complete required paperwork.
- Rotate into different work areas as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Support and cooperate with team members and supervisors.
- Maintain good attendance and adapt to changing job needs.
- Train others on skills and processes when required.
- Follow all company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and meet production goals.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Regular lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 45 lbs with help).
- Frequent standing, walking, grasping, and reaching.
- Occasional bending, twisting, squatting, and vibration exposure.
- Must have good close vision and depth perception.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
