Looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity in a clean, organized environment?
Join our team as a Clean Room Assembler, where youll help assemble, inspect, clean, and package medical device products in a controlled cleanroom environment.
What Youll Do
- Assemble and package medical device components
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Use basic hand tools during assembly
- Follow clear work instructions and cleanroom procedures
- Maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
- Identify and report product or process issues
- Work with your team to improve quality and reduce errors
What Were Looking For
- 03 years of cleanroom, assembly, manufacturing, or production experience
- Experience using basic hand tools
- Comfortable performing visual inspections and quality checks
- High School Diploma or GED
- Medical device or cleanroom experience is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a quality-focused environment
Work Environment
Youll work in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom where safety, cleanliness, and product quality are top priorities. Appropriate PPE will be required.
Available Shifts
1st Shift: MondayThursday | 5:30 AM4:00 PM
2nd Shift: MondayThursday | 3:45 PM2:15 AM
3rd Shift: FridaySunday | 6:00 AM6:30 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Devens, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.42 - $21.42/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
