We are looking for a Senior Food Scientist to lead product development for nutritional beverages and powders. This role drives innovation from concept to commercialization, ensuring product quality, stability, and clinical effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Develop and optimize nutritional beverage and powder formulations</li>
<li>Conduct R&amp;D on new ingredients and nutrition solutions</li>
<li>Collaborate with Medical Nutrition, Marketing, and Sales</li>
<li>Provide scientific guidance for product and clinical development</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, and aseptic processing</li>
<li>Build vendor relationships and source high-quality ingredients</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field (Master's preferred; PhD/PharmD a plus)</li>
<li>5+ years in product development in food, beverage, supplement, nutraceutical, or biotech</li>
<li>Experience with R&amp;D, ingredient interactions, and nutrient stability</li>
<li>Knowledge of GMP, food safety standards, and aseptic processing</li>
