Pay: $18.70/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift | Full-Time
Savvy Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced and dependable Industrial Painter to join a manufacturing team in Worcester, MA. This position is responsible for painting parts and units, ensuring proper product flow through the paint process, and maintaining quality standards to meet production and customer requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Paint parts and units according to production specifications and quality standards
- Load products onto paint conveyor systems or assist with proper loading sequence
- Ensure correct part flow and product handling throughout the paint process
- Inspect painted parts for quality, coverage, and defects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
- Support production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Previous industrial painting or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to follow work instructions and production schedules
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
