You will work in a great work environment with high Quality and Safety standards , joining a family atmosphere. In other words, we really care for our employees.You will provide support to direct manufacturing activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited too the following.
This is a "hands-on" position responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the manufacturing equipment and processes that will result in high quality molded product. You will be responsible for launching new programs as well as setting up and revising current manufacturing processes. You will also troubleshoot and improve the process.You will quantify the results by documenting and communicate the findings to management.You will also mentor and train other molding personnel and process technicians
What you will do as an Blow mold Process Engineer
- Implement and evaluate changes to existing processes in order to improve product quality, productivity and equipment efficiency
- Resolve mold, machine and material issues with vendors
- Make recommendations for refurbishment based on production factors such as cycles, process capability and tooling history.
What you will need as a Blow Mold Process Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar
- 3+ years of experience as a Process Engineer
- Experience with Bekum or Fischer Machines is required
