Chashu Ramen in Worcester, MA is looking for one cook to join our 40 person strong team. We are located on 38 Franklin Street. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Set up workstations
- Cook dishes to business standards
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Prepare ingredients for use during shift
- Maintain cleanliness
- Communicate with all staff using kitchen terms (behind, hot, off line, etc)
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a cook (2 years min.)
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
