Key Responsibilities\n

- Provide individual and group counseling aimed at building coping strategies for students facing adjustment issues, grief, anxiety, and depression.
- Coordinate with local mental health resources and community organizations to ensure continuity of care post-discharge and assist with transitional needs.
- Participate in school-based committees, contributing insights regarding social and emotional learning initiatives and promoting mental health awareness.
- Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support in cases of acute mental health emergencies within the school environment.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in documentation following established hospital policies.
