Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, using telehealth technology to deliver interventions that promote mental health and emotional stability.
- Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations and formulate individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
- Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, to facilitate client progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all administrative and legal standards.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-ups with clients to monitor their progress and make necessary adjustments to their treatment plans.
- Engage in regular team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and develop best practices for client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
The primary client demographic includes adults aged 18 and older, with varying mental health challenges requiring tailored therapeutic interventions. Qualifications\n

- A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from a regionally accredited institution.
- A current and active LICSW license to practice in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience, with demonstrated proficiency in delivering psychotherapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
