Job DescriptionWe are searching for an Assistant Program Director, Primary Care Psychiatry Fellowship. This is a part-time position requiring 8 hours per week on-site.
Position Summary:
The Assistant Program Director of the PC Psych Fellowship - BH Skills and Evaluation is an independently licensed PCBH provider who provides educational leadership, program collaboration, clinical education, and clinical supervision to the psychiatric services fellows under the direction of the Director of
Psychiatric Services:
This PCBH provider also provides episodic behavioral health services and interventions to a high volume of FHCW patients on their assigned care team.
Additional Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collect, synthesize, and deliver feedback on current psychiatry fellows’ performance.
• Lead the evaluation process for psychiatry fellows, ensuring assessments are comprehensive, constructive, and aligned with program goals.
• Design and implement a Behavioral Health Skills curriculum emphasizing trauma-informed and mission-driven care.
• Facilitate weekly educational sessions for psychiatry fellows and integrate skill development into ongoing
• supervision and clinical practice
• Assist in staff, fellows and provider training in integrated behavioral health-primary care model and techniques
• Any and all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
One of the following combinations of education and employment experience must be met in order to be considered for the position:
Education And Experience Professional Independent Licensure required: LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD. Candidates require a minimum of two years post-graduate clinical experience in an integrated BH role. Minimum of two years post-graduate experience for the PsyD. candidate is preferred.
