Position Overview:

Join our growing team and help manufacture innovative medical devices using advanced automated equipment.
The Associate Manufacturing Technician will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing machinery while ensuring product quality, safety, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment.
Perform routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and equipment cleaning.
Monitor machine performance through HMIs and resolve basic equipment faults.
Maintain material supplies and production records.
Use precision measuring tools to verify product specifications and tolerances.
Follow standard operating procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and cleanroom requirements.
Support quality control, process improvements, equipment validations, and new product launches.
Collaborate with team members to resolve production issues and maintain safety and quality standards.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform routine reaching and pushing/pulling tasks, and lift up to 20 lbs.
