Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper or knowledge with accounting and or finance
- Previous experience using QuickBooks online and Microsoft Suite Products
- Be able to interface with our accountant when necessary
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Must have reliable transportation
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
