We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Associate to join our team. This position is primarily focused on packing boxes and palletizing products. The ideal candidate will be committed to long-term employment and willing to grow within the company. This role involves operating equipment, maintaining operational logbooks, and supporting material handling as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Monitor functions of equipment and operate per documented procedures, including maintaining operational logbooks.
- Provide technicians with symptoms of equipment failures when required.
- Support material handling as necessary.
- Maintain segregation of materials and lot and/or receiving numbers.
- Maintain area in a clean and orderly condition.
- Adhere to and demonstrate compliance with all company and department standard operating procedures, including but not limited to: GMP, device history record, hazard communication, and safety rules.
- Utilize written procedures and training to accomplish tasks noted above.
- Accept full accountability for product quality.
- Report unsolved problems encountered during the workday to supervisor or management.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of work-in-process, component inventories, and relative documentation.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing equipment according to established specifications, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
- Demonstrate steady progress in learning all equipment and jobs in the assigned manufacturing area.
- Follow instructions of the supervisor while observing the quality of raw and finished goods before, during, and after production.
Essential Skills
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for the majority of the shift.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, move, and carry products weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Prior manufacturing experience is not required as training will be provided.

Work Environment
This role requires standing for the majority of the shift and involves packaging and labeling products at the end of the assembly line. Candidates will work in a clean and orderly environment with no physical contact with hazardous materials or chemicals. The worksite is located in Londonderry, NH, and the shift is from 3pm - 11:30pm or 11pm - 7:30am. Candidates must provide their own steel or composite shoes/boots and adhere to shift start times with excellent attendance and punctuality.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.28 - $21.28/hr.
