Senior Accountant Key Responsibilities:
\n
• Manage full-cycle accounting including general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Oversee month-end close and maintain accurate financial records
• Support budgeting processes and assist with financial reporting
• Handle tuition billing, track payments, and communicate with families as needed
• Manage accounts payable, including vendor payments and related correspondence
• Assist with ad hoc projects and process improvements

Senior Accountant Qualifications:
\n
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably within nonprofit or education environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of general ledger and month-end close processes
• Ability to work independently in a small, collaborative environment
