Job DescriptionPosition Title:&nbsp;Research and Development Associate I Location:&nbsp;Cambridge, MA Duration : 12 months Pay Rate: $41/hr. on w2 Direct responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
<ul>
<li>Supporting tissue enhanced delivery platform development and portfolio programs</li>
<li>Processing animal tissues for protein analysis and nucleic acid extraction</li>
<li>Performing MSD and PCR-based methods for bioanalytical analyses</li>
<li>Performing cell-based fucntional assays to characterize biotherapeutics</li>
<li>Establishing SOPs and adapt new protocols from literature</li>
<li>Maintaining electronic laboratory notebook</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>1+ years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry/post-bachelor’s research</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques (qPCR/ddPCR, ELISA, Western Blot, etc.)</li>
<li>Ability to independently execute experiments and analyze data</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to productively collaborate in cross-functional and matrixed teams</li>
</ul>
Preferred:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience with animal tissue processing</li>
<li>Previous experience with ELISA or MSD assays</li>
<li>Previous experience with mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays.</li>
