Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Driver to join our team for night and weekend shifts. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for a delivery route of cannabis products to home consumers. The ideal candidate thrives in customer service environments, enjoys interacting with people and pays careful attention to detail. Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate delivery vehicles
- Execute a pre-determined route of home deliveries
- Verify customer identification and use discretion and judgment in executing deliveries
- Complete delivery manifests and records with care and accuracy
- Ensure product matches manifest(s) description and quantity
- Maintain a database with product SKU/UPC numbers and ensure all reconciliation is
completed including matching physical inventory to METRC's inventory - Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform cycle counts daily, weekly and monthly as needed
- Maintain active knowledge of incoming inventory and inventory stock
- Maintain compliance with local and state regulations as well as company SOPs
- Assist in other daily functions and tasks of the warehouse as assigned including basic
cleaning - Maintain a drug and alcohol free work environment
- Participate in ongoing training
Skills: - 3+ years of experience managing a fast-paced customer service environment
- Experience driving commercially is preferred
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Cannabis knowledge preferred; desire to learn required
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening (excludes THC)
- Pass a driving record check and be insurable at normal premium rates through company's
current carrier - Successful agent badging by the Cannabis Control Commission
- Compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the Cannabis industry
- Ability to carefully and diligently attend to details
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25lbs
- Ability to drive for long periods
- Must be available on weekends, evenings and some holidays
- Basic to advanced computer skills required
- Retail POS knowledge required
