Hiring: Senior Specialist – Clinical Supply Chain Operations

Location: Cambridge, MA 02142 (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $45–$48.38/hr on W2

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist – Clinical Supply Chain Operations to manage end-to-end clinical supply activities across multiple clinical trials. The role involves ensuring timely and compliant packaging, labeling, distribution, inventory management, and supply execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage clinical supply operations, including packaging, labeling, distribution, and inventory tracking.
Coordinate site readiness, patient supply, and resupply activities.
Work closely with Clinical Operations, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and CMOs.
Support IRT systems and clinical supply tracking.
Monitor inventory, identify supply risks, and resolve operational issues.
Ensure GxP compliance and maintain inspection-ready documentation.
Support temperature excursion investigations and supply deviation management.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Supply Chain Management.
3+ years of relevant clinical supply chain experience.
Strong understanding of end-to-end clinical supply chain operations.
Hands-on experience with IRT systems and CMOs.
Knowledge of GxP regulations and compliance.
Strong Excel skills, communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
