Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Bow, NH to bring on a CNC Operator. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with strong growth potential.
Position: CNC Operator
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $20– $27.00/hour (based on experience)
Location: Bow, NH

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
- Load raw materials and unload finished components
- Run multiple machines efficiently in a production environment
- Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Select and utilize proper tooling and fixtures
- Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Make minor program edits and adjust tooling/work offsets as needed
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas clean
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
Qualifications:
- CNC or machining experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read measurements and use precision tools
- Basic math skills (including geometry and trigonometry)
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
