Your mission

Transform ballooned drawings and GD&T into repeatable Zeiss Calypso programs. Validate results on Zeiss CMMs, correlate with traditional tools, and document flawlessly under AS9100/ISO9001.

How you’ll make an impact

• Dissect purchase orders and customer prints to define inspection intent and features.
• Author Calypso routines with detailed setup instructions for First Piece, In‑Process, and Final inspections.
• Run verified programs on Zeiss CMMs; monitor trends and escalate proactively to cross‑functional partners.
• Corroborate CMM data with micrometers, indicators, height gages, and plate methods.
• Maintain airtight records: revision control, traceability, and lot control per AS9100/ISO9001.
• Contribute wherever needed to keep quality operations moving.

What sets you up for success

• 3+ years as a CMM Programmer/Operator with Zeiss Calypso.
• Demonstrated AS9100 proficiency.
• Collaborative, service‑oriented communicator who works well with others.
• Sharp organization, impeccable attention to detail, and strong time management.
• Comfort following instructions and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Availability for full‑time work.
