Our client is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily production, quality, warehouse, and logistics activities within a food and beverage manufacturing facility. This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant operations while leading a team of manufacturing and quality personnel to meet production, fulfillment, and safety goals.

Please Note: During peak production periods, employees may work 10–12-hour shifts (typically 5:00AM–5:00PM or 7:00AM–7:00PM). During non‑peak periods, shifts are generally 9 hours. Schedule flexibility is required based on production needs.
Responsibilities:
Production & Operations Management
- Track performance metrics and maintain operational reports.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures and operational documentation.
- Manage production, quality, warehouse, and logistics operations to meet daily and weekly output targets.
- Coordinate raw materials, production priorities, and workflow to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Leadership & Workforce Management
- Coordinate schedules, daily assignments, and staffing needs.
- Provide hands‑on operational support during peak production periods.
- Coach and develop potential team leads to strengthen leadership capability.
- Supervise manufacturing, quality, warehouse, and logistics employees, including temporary labor.
Continuous Improvement & Efficiency
- Support initiatives that enhance production reliability and operational consistency.
- Identify and implement improvements related to productivity, waste reduction, labor utilization, workflow, and operating costs.
Food Safety, Quality & Compliance
- Uphold all regulatory, safety, and internal quality requirements.
- Partner with Quality to maintain standards and address issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements.
Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional technical or manufacturing coursework is a plus.
- 2–3 years of direct supervisory or management experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational tracking/reporting.
- 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in food or beverage manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, sanitation, food safety, and quality requirements.
