We’re seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our growing team. If you're passionate about quality, enjoy hands-on work with polymer processing equipment, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this opportunity is for you.
What You’ll Do:

Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to ensure products meet specifications and GMP standards.

Operate and maintain polymer processing equipment, including injection molding machines, carver presses, and extrusion equipment, to produce test samples.

Calibrate and maintain production and test equipment per documented procedures.

Accurately record and review quality data in compliance with Good Documentation Practices, ISO standards, and company policies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate quality non-conformances and communicate findings professionally and promptly.

Prepare, maintain, and retrieve retained product samples.

Track and order QA-related supplies as needed.

Stay current with training requirements and role-specific tasks.
What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma required; some college coursework in science or technical fields preferred.

1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or R&D environments.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Basic knowledge of math, chemistry, and computer skills; familiarity with statistical methods and MIL-STD testing procedures is a plus.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Work Environment & Safety Requirements:

Eye and hearing protection required in designated areas.
-
Steel-toe safety shoes must be worn in manufacturing zones.

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
