Do you love creating great food and knowing your work brightens someone's day?
At Langdon Place of Nashua, meals are more than something on the schedule -they’re moments our residents look forward to. We’re looking for a dependable, team-oriented Cook who takes pride in serving food that looks good, tastes great, and meets each resident’s needs.
This position will primarily work mornings from 6am - 2pm, schedule may vary as needed to meet community needs.
What You’ll Be Cooking Up

Prepare delicious, appealing meals from planned menus.

Accommodate therapeutic diets, special orders, and resident preferences.

Keep meals running smoothly, accurately, and on time.

Prepare snacks, substitutions, and food for special events and celebrations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen.

Work alongside Nursing, Food and Nutrition Services, and other team members to provide an excellent dining experience.

Can prepare a variety of foods in large quantities.

Understand food safety, sanitation, and proper kitchen procedures.

Are dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a busy kitchen.

Bring patience, good judgment, and a positive team attitude.

Care about treating residents with dignity and respect.

Can work weekends and holidays when scheduled.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous dietary or food-service experience - especially in healthcare, senior living, or a similar setting - is preferred, but not required.
