Job DescriptionJoin the Berry Companies - Be a part of our Tradition and FutureWe are now recruiting for friendly and reliable Night Houseman to join our team to provide our vacation owners and guests outstanding service. As the Night Houseman, you will be responsible for security, night cleaning, maintenance and housekeeping during the evening shift. Resolve and evaluate the maintenance and housekeeping concerns that evolve in the evening. Collaboration with multiple departments to complete tasks as needed for the resort and guests while keeping open lines of communication.PURPOSE OF JOBThe Night Houseman/Security team member ensures the resort property is safe, clean, secure, and guest-ready during evening hours. This role supports maintenance, housekeeping, and guest services by conducting nightly security checks, completing work orders, maintaining public spaces, assisting guests, and ensuring resort amenities close properly.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Resort Security & Property MonitoringConduct nightly security checks of Attitash Mountain Village, Blueberry Village II, and Attitash Motel & Suites. Ensure building entrances are securedinspect lightingcheck dumpster areas, maintain nightly security logs.Facility Closing & Amenity OversightClose and secure Sports Club facilities per schedule.Notify outdoor pool and hot tub guests at 9:45 PM of 10:00 PM closure.Inspect pool areas nightly and maintain pool towel inventory.Maintenance & Work Order SupportComplete assigned maintenance and housekeeping work orders. Report maintenance issues promptly assist with seasonal property tasks including ice melt application, walkway clearing, and snow shoveling.Property Cleanliness & OrganizationSweep maintenance shop dailymaintain organized workspace and toolsempty trash in public areaspick up debris,spot clean bathrooms and lobby areas.Guest Service & Department SupportRespond to guest requests via the Front Desk or Manager on DutyDeliver requested items to guest roomsprovide Gold Crown level service, aassist departments 12, 32, 42, and 43 as needed.Skills & RequirementsValid New Hampshire Driver's LicenseAbility to lift 40 poundsMechanical aptitudeStrong customer service skillsAbility to work independentlyGood verbal and written communicationAbility to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditionsGWC REQUIREMENTSGets It: Understands the importance of accuracy, deadlines, and strong vendor and internal relationships.Wants It: Enjoys a fast-paced office environment and takes pride in organized, accurate financial records.Capacity to Do It: Has the skills, experience, and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively.CORE VALUESDo the Right ThingWe Can HelpFriendly and FunMake Hard Things Look EasyOther Duties - Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
