Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments, utilizing DSM-5 diagnostic criteria when necessary, to evaluate each patient’s mental health status and therapeutic needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to meet the cultural diversity and specific needs of our patient population.
- Utilize current technology to maintain accurate treatment records, documenting patient progress and coordinating care while complying with regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate regular evaluations of patient progress and adapt interventions to support symptom management and promote positive outcomes.
- Collaborate actively with patients and their families to create collective treatment goals that address the comprehensive needs of each individual.
- Serve as a crucial link between patients and treatment providers, coordinating referrals and establishing productive relationships with external agencies.
- Provide mentorship and educational support to students, interns, and team members, fostering a learning culture within the organization.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
