Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Electro Mechanical Assembler. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling parts or products using various hand and power tools, interpreting assembly instructions and schematics, and ensuring the quality of assembled products.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret medium complexity assembly instructions, schematics, and blueprints.
• Assemble parts or products using hand tools and power tools such as box and crescent wrenches, heat gun, soldering iron, potting dispenser, microscope, screwdrivers, rivet gun, arbor press, spot welder, and multi-meter.
• Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area according to 5S standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Document and record assembly activities and results.
• Identify and report disturbances to area lead/leadership.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Participate and fulfill training requirements as assigned by leadership.
• Print and apply labels and package products as required for shipment according to the work instructions.
• Review and confirm production orders in SAP.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent with further education such as technical/vocational school preferred.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with assembly, production, hand tools, mechanical assembly, testing validation, soldering, epoxy, and testing.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
