Job Title: Packaging Operator I (1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift) – Fall River, MA

Location: Fall River, MA

Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt / Hourly

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

About the Role

We are seeking Packaging Operators to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Fall River, MA. You will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant packaging of Metered Dose Inhalation (MDI) products, following Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

This role is hands-on and requires attention to detail, adherence to safety guidelines, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pharmaceutical packaging equipment to meet production targets.
• Perform line clearance and equipment cleaning for batch/product changeovers.
• Follow SOPs and cGMP guidelines at all times.
• Complete batch records and other required documentation accurately and on time.
• Monitor product quality, identify issues, and assist in corrective actions.
• Wear appropriate PPE and follow all health, safety, and environmental protocols.
• Assist in related operations such as warehouse, manufacturing, or facilities support as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of packaging or manufacturing experience (pharmaceutical preferred).
• Experience with cGMP and regulated manufacturing environments.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and perform physical tasks such as bending and standing for long periods.

Preferred:

• Experience with pharmaceutical, medical device, food, nutraceutical, or chemical manufacturing.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety practices.
