<li>This position reports directly to the CFO and will encompass hands-on accounting as well as strategic initiatives</li>

\nResponsibilities of the Accounting Manager: \n
<ul>\n
<li>Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable</li>
\n
<li>Creating and recording journal entries</li>
\n
<li>Performing bank reconciliations</li>
\n
<li>Calculating sales commissions and producing payroll reports</li>
\n
<li>Finalizing month-end close</li>
\n</ul>
\n Background Expected: \n
<ul>\n
<li>4+ years in an accounting role handling month-end close</li>
\n
<li>Previous experience on a small accounting team</li>
\n
<li>QuickBooks software and insurance industry experience is a plus but not required</li>
\n</ul>
\n Salary Range, Depending on Experience: \n
<ul>\n
<li>$75,000 - 105,000</li>
